2.1 All orders must be placed through our website or authorized channels.

2.2 Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

2.3 Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept Credit Card, Paypal and e-transfer.

2.4 Orders are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we will notify you to arrange a replacement or refund.

3.1 Calgary Flower Shop offers delivery services within Calgary Areas.

3.2 Delivery dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3.3 Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer may result in delays or additional fees.

3.4 If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor or at a safe location, or we will contact you for further instructions.

4.1 Due to seasonal and regional availability, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your order.

4.2 Substituted items will be of equal or greater value and will match the theme and style of your selection.

5.1 Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 Hours before the scheduled delivery date.

5.2 Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed within 24 Hours.

5.3 Refunds are not available for same-day orders, failed deliveries due to incorrect details, or if the recipient refuses the delivery.

6.1 If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

6.2 Photos and descriptions may be required to process complaints or claims.

6.3 All resolutions, including replacements or refunds, are at the sole discretion of Calgary Flower Shop.

7.1 You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

7.2 Unauthorized use, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or spamming, is strictly prohibited.

7.3 We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our website at our discretion.

8.1 Calgary Flower Shop is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to delays, failed deliveries, or product defects, beyond the cost of the purchased product.

8.2 We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

10.2 Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta.
